Yes. The Free plan includes workout logging, up to four routines, 90 days of progress history, the exercise library and the public community feed.

What does Daystrong Pro include?

Pro removes the four-routine limit and unlocks all-time workout and progress history.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. You can cancel from your account before the next renewal. Your Pro access remains active until the end of the paid billing period.
