How to reach Daystrong for product, billing, privacy and account support.

Product and account support

Email support@ferreiracruz.com for account access, technical problems, privacy questions or general product support. Include the email address associated with your Daystrong account and a concise description of the problem. Never send your password or complete payment-card number.

Billing, cancellation and refunds

Manage an active subscription from Settings > Billing > Manage subscription. If you cannot access the billing portal or need to exercise a mandatory withdrawal or refund right, email support@ferreiracruz.com and include the relevant payment date.

Privacy and account deletion

Use the account-deletion option in Daystrong where available. You can also send an access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction or objection request to support@ferreiracruz.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Report public content

Use the Report control on a public workout or comment while signed in. Choose the reason that best describes the issue; Daystrong records one active report per account and item for operator review. If the control is unavailable or the issue is urgent, email support@ferreiracruz.com with the public athlete handle and a description. Do not copy sensitive personal information into the report.

Safety

Email is not monitored as an emergency service. If you are injured, feel unwell or face an immediate risk, stop training and contact the appropriate local emergency or healthcare service.
