Terms of service
The rules that apply when you create an account and use Daystrong.
Last updated: 14 July 20261. Agreement and operator
Daystrong is operated by Artur Ferreira Cruz in Switzerland. By creating an account or using Daystrong, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Fitness Disclaimer and, for paid plans, the Subscription and Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility and account
You must be at least 16 and legally able to accept these Terms. If you are below the age of legal majority where you live, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. Provide accurate information, protect your credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
3. Contract formation and subscriptions
The plan, billing period, total price and renewal terms are displayed before you submit a paid order. You can review and correct the checkout information before confirming payment. A paid contract is formed when Stripe confirms the order electronically and Daystrong activates the subscription. Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled as described in the Subscription and Cancellation Policy.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not use Daystrong for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent or harmful activity.
- Do not interfere with security or availability, evade limits, probe other accounts or access the service through unauthorized means.
- Do not scrape, copy or reverse engineer the service except where applicable law expressly permits it.
- Do not upload content you do not have the right to use or content that infringes another person's privacy or rights.
- Do not present Daystrong output or community content as medical advice.
5. Your content, visibility and moderation
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Daystrong a limited, worldwide license to host, process, back up, display and transmit it only as needed to operate and improve the service according to your visibility choices. You are responsible for your content and may delete it subject to legal retention requirements.
Authenticated users can report a public workout or comment from its in-app Report control. Workout owners may remove comments from their own public workout, and comment authors may delete their own comments. We may review reports and remove content or restrict accounts where reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect people or comply with law. For a report you cannot submit in the app, contact support@ferreiracruz.com.
6. Daystrong materials
Daystrong's software, design, branding and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Open-source and third-party materials remain governed by their respective licenses. These Terms give you a personal, limited, revocable right to use the service; they do not transfer ownership.
7. Availability and account action
We work to keep Daystrong reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Features may change, and maintenance may temporarily limit access. We may restrict or terminate access to protect users, comply with law, prevent abuse or address a serious breach of these Terms. You may stop using Daystrong and request account deletion at any time.
8. Fitness disclaimer
Daystrong is a workout planning and logging tool, not a medical, rehabilitation or professional coaching service. Exercise involves risk. You remain responsible for choosing appropriate exercises, technique, loads, equipment and supervision. Review the Fitness Disclaimer before training.
9. Warranties and liability
Daystrong is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights. Subject to those rights, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses or for decisions based on estimates, user content or incomplete information.
10. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by Swiss law without depriving consumers of mandatory protections that apply where they live. The competent courts in Switzerland have jurisdiction unless mandatory law provides another forum. Questions can be sent to support@ferreiracruz.com.
