Clear information about Daystrong Pro billing, renewal, cancellation and refunds.

Daystrong Pro is offered at CHF 3.99 per month or CHF 29.99 per year. Free accounts can keep up to four active routines and access the most recent 90 days of workout and progress history. Pro removes those limits and adds Pro account status. There is no lifetime plan. Before payment, Stripe Checkout displays the selected plan, billing interval, total charge and any applicable tax. The checkout confirmation is the authoritative price for your order.
Automatic renewal
Your subscription renews automatically for the same billing period until cancelled. The renewal price and date are shown in your billing account. Stripe processes payments; Daystrong does not store your complete payment-card number.
How to cancel
Open Daystrong, go to Settings, choose Billing and select Manage subscription. Cancel before the displayed renewal date to prevent the next charge. Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the already-paid period and your account then returns to Free without deleting your training data.
Withdrawal and refunds
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights. If a cooling-off or withdrawal right applies where you live, you may exercise it within the statutory period by contacting support@ferreiracruz.com. If you expressly request immediate access during that period, the amount refundable may be reduced as permitted by law. Outside mandatory rights, completed billing periods and partially used periods are not refundable. Incorrect or duplicate charges and legally non-conforming digital services remain eligible for the remedies required by law.
Plan changes and failed payments
When switching plans, the billing flow shows the effective date and any adjustment before confirmation. If a renewal payment fails, Stripe may retry it and Daystrong may return the account to Free limits after notice. Recorded workout data remains associated with your account even when older history is not shown on the Free plan.
Price changes
We may change future subscription prices. Existing subscribers will receive advance notice where required and may cancel before the new price takes effect. A price change does not remove any mandatory cancellation or consumer rights.
Billing support
For cancellation, withdrawal, refund or billing questions, contact support@ferreiracruz.com from the email address associated with your Daystrong account and include the relevant payment date. Do not email complete card numbers or account passwords.
